In-Home Care ServicesWe specialize in 24-hour, live-in home care. Our caregivers are also available for senior care and companionship on an hourly basis, and for respite and hospice care.
Our team works closely with clients who have been diagnosed with Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinson's, have recently had surgery or need rehabilitative care. If you are considering options for in-home care versus an agency, download our brochure to find out what will work best for your loved one. Live-in Care We start by meeting with each client and their family to assess their particular needs. From there, we develop a personalized Care and Communication Plan which details the precise in-home care service that a client receives, as well as the contact plan for family members. Core to the philosophy of our company, it is a simple yet powerful way to help personalize the highest level of service. We provide all of the day-to-day care such as grooming, laundry, grocery shopping and errands, transportation to appointments, and medication reminders. In addition, we provide other services based on individual needs. We ask that the home we are providing services to has a separate bedroom for our caregivers. Clients working on increased strength and mobility can have a customized in-home exercise program developed by a certified occupational therapist and carried out by a trained caregiver. Clients with Alzheimer's or Dementia can get a cognitively stimulating mental exercise program. And clients who are less ambulatory can get assistance with walking, or transfers from bed to wheelchair, and back. Hourly Care Most seniors want to stay at home and independent for as long as possible. In order to do so, they often need just a little bit of help with the activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, at mealtime, getting themselves to appointments, or preparing for bed. Caring Hands Caregivers offers hourly care so that you can have just the care you need, only when you need it. Respite Care Some clients choose to hire caregivers directly, attend adult day-care, or live in a family member's home. In these cases, we can provide guaranteed, vetted replacement or respite care, as needed, within 24 hours. We give clients and their families peace of mind knowing that their loved ones will always be cared for while allowing the caregiver to take the needed breaks they need. Deciding Between Home Care Agencies Navigating all of the options can be a daunting and emotionally exhausting task. To help figure out the right fit for you or your loved one, we encourage you to download our In-Home Care options brochure. Our Bay area caregivers work closely with the client and family members to allow for a longer time at home versus assisted living or nursing homes. We provide in-home caregivers for the San Francisco Bay area, Peninsula, and South Bay. Counties include San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Contra Costa County and Alameda County.
